The system at Microsoft/Hotmail has decided, apparently on a random basis, that the mail service I use for the business is sometimes SPAM. I’ve contacted my service provider and they say Microsoft is aware of, but not actively addressing the problem.
As a result, if you use a Microsoft/Hotmail email service, there is a high probability that my email to you has been eaten by the system. If I find that a reply email has been rejected, then I will use one of personal accounts hosted by Yahoo. My apologies for this inconvenience.
