Operations Update 07-25-16

The crops are growing and ripening, the weather is generally cooperative, and another big thanks to all those who stopped by this week.  I’m very grateful for your support.

As I said, most crops are coming along nicely.  It looks like the corn may produce some small ears.  I’ll be polling people coming to the stand this week to see if there is any interest in it.

String beans (green, yellow, and purple) are now regularly available, and it looks like cucumbers will be as well.  While the tomatoes are still a little slow ripening, they are getting there, and there should be a good few ready over the coming week.  Snap peas will be limited over the next couple of weeks, before the next planting reaches full maturity.  The What’s Available page has the complete list.

Also, please make note of the updated farm stand hours.
